Membership Scope
A ZIVO membership may provide access to premium app experiences related to local video management, photo browsing, direct URL playback, interface enhancements, or other features described inside the app at the time of purchase.
Age Requirement
Membership is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.
Purchase and Billing
Membership purchases are handled through the applicable app store or payment channel shown at checkout. Prices, billing periods, renewal rules, trials, cancellation methods, and refund availability are presented before purchase and may be governed by the app store's policies.
Renewal and Cancellation
If a membership renews automatically, it will continue until canceled according to the app store's cancellation process. Removing ZIVO from a device may not cancel an active subscription.
Feature Changes
We may refine membership features to improve performance, usability, security, or compliance. If a material change affects paid access, we will present updated information in the app where required.
Responsible Use
Membership does not authorize unlawful media access, copyright infringement, privacy violations, or misuse of third-party video links. Users remain responsible for the content they view, store, or play through ZIVO.
