ZIVO is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using ZIVO, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
App Functions
ZIVO includes a video library for scanning local videos by thumbnail, name, duration, and item count; a photo gallery for viewing local images in a visual grid; and a URL player for entering direct video links and playing supported media formats. These functions must be used lawfully and responsibly.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the videos, photos, links, and other content you choose to access or play in ZIVO.
- You must not use ZIVO to infringe copyrights, violate privacy rights, distribute unlawful content, or bypass access restrictions.
- You must comply with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party media source you choose to access.
Local Content
ZIVO is designed around local device use. The app does not grant ownership of any media file, photo, video stream, or URL content. You must have the right to access and use the content you open in the app.
Availability
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of ZIVO when needed for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.
Disclaimer
ZIVO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every media file, video URL, HLS stream, DASH stream, or direct video link will play correctly on every device.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIVO is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
