ZIVO only collects a user ID. All other app usage content, including local videos, photos, entered video URLs, and media playback activity, is used on the mobile device and is not collected by ZIVO.

We collect only a user ID. The user ID may be used to recognize the app installation or service status and to support basic operation of ZIVO.
Information We Do Not Collect
ZIVO does not collect videos, photos, screenshots, URL history, browsing history, contacts, precise location, camera data, microphone data, payment card information, messages, biometric data, or account registration information.
Local Device Use
The functions shown in the reference screens are designed for device-side use. The video library displays local media thumbnails, file names, durations, and item counts. The photo gallery displays saved images on the phone. The URL player lets the user enter a direct video link and play supported formats. These functions are used locally on the mobile device.
Purpose of Processing
The user ID is used only for service identification, app continuity, and related operational needs. We do not use the user ID to build advertising profiles or sell personal information.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Because ZIVO only collects a user ID, we do not share user media files, local photo content, URL entries, or playback activity with third parties.
Retention
The user ID is retained only for as long as needed to provide and maintain ZIVO. Local media content remains on the user's device unless the user deletes it or changes device settings.
Age Requirement
ZIVO is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. People under 18 should not use the app.
